At REFY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products in their original, unopened condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or where the security seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging and ensure the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
